Sainsbury’s School Vouchers

March 12th, 2011

Once again we will be collecting Sainsbury’s school vouchers. Last year we were able to order playground equipment, sports and gardening club resources as well as other classroom equipment for all children to enjoy. In total we received over 28,000 vouchers. A very big thank you must go to you all who have kindly donated the vouchers.

This year we hope that you will once again suppoort the school by donating any vouchers that you receive. You could also pursuade family, friends and work colleagues to donate any they receive to help your school.

Once again, a big thank you from staff and children.

Parking/Dropping off/Collecting children

October 11th, 2008

The one way system has been in force for a number of months now and appears to be working well though this will only continue if parents continue to support this approach.

The main concern seems to be about the dropping off and collecting of children at the roadside outside the school gates in the “zig zag control zone”. Some parents have contacted the Police, who have again begun to monitor the situation outside school; this could lead to prosecution in the case of breaches of the Highways Act.

It should be pointed out that these concerns are being addressed for the safety of all who attend this school.
